An hour and a half's session is available to those looking for treatment on problematic areas, offering deep relaxation. It allows for me to work the whole body including more specific areas that require extra time.

1 HOUR TREATMENT

An hours Sports Massage allows me to delve into the soft tissue structures, manipulate the muscles and aid in recovery. This duration of treatment is great for clients receiving regular treatment or those looking for an initial first treatment.

30 MINUTE TREATMENT

A 30 minute massage is a perfect treatment time for clients who have a specific body part that requires focus.
